Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions (unless defective)

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within [X days, typically 7–14 days] of receiving your order

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at agnis@store.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at agnis@store.com

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Free samples or promotional items

  • Products marked “Final Sale”

6. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
