1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including tracking details when available.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, shipping method, and package weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic: 5 to 10 business days

  • International: 10 to 20 business days 

  • Please note: These are estimates only. AGNIS STORE is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processes.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to RUSSIA.
Certain products may be restricted in some countries due to local regulations.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at agnis@store.com within 7 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date).

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

  • AGNIS STORE is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
